Los formularios de consulta solicitan nombre, correo electrónico y una descripción general del asunto. También pueden solicitar teléfono, fecha, lugar, nombres de las partes involucradas y una identificación general de la evidencia disponible.

Cómo utilizamos y transmitimos la información
